An air fryer is basically like a countertop convection oven. It is built with a heating feature and a fan that blows air around the cooking chamber. The air moves within in a circular motion around the whole cooking chamber, thus reaching all corners and even its surface and creates an effective frying result. The air force inside the cooking chamber produces the same effect as a convection oven in cooking and browning food. As long as the air is at a temperature not less than 320 F, the fryer can turn breaded food items brown.
